Vision Point Capital today announced the expansion of their portfolio valuation advisory with the hire of Bharat Kanodia, Managing Director of Portfolio Valuations.
In this newly created role, Mr. Kanodia will lead portfolio valuation development, delivery, & client services for Vision Point Capital’s private equity & venture capital clients, as well as the growth and expansion of the firm’s portfolio valuation services.
Kanodia comes to Vision Point Capital with an extensive track record in portfolio valuations, most recently serving as Founder and CEO at Veristrat, a valuation firm focused on complex portfolio valuations, litigation support, deal analysis, and valuation benchmarking. “Bharat is an excellent addition to the Vision Point Capital team,” said Will Rodriguez, Founder and CEO of Vision Point Capital. “His experience leading valuation development for private equity and venture capital portfolio companies is second to none, and his appointment as Managing Director of Portfolio Valuations allows us to add more value to our clients than ever before.”
The addition of Kanodia caps off an incredible period of growth for Vision Point Capital, with the team doubling in size over the last 12 months to serve their fast-growing valuation, M&A, and ESOP advisories.

Mr. Kanodia has signed off on over 4000 valuation opinions with $900 billion in assets.
He holds an undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering from University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master of Business Administration from Marquette University. Mr. Kanodia is a senior accredited member with the American Society of Appraisers, lives in the San Francisco Bay area, enjoys sailing, horseback riding, and Vedic architecture.
