Vision Point Capital (“VPC”), an investment banking leader in M&A transactions, ESOP transactions, and business valuations, is pleased to announce the sale of Granite-Plus, Inc. to Mooney Stoneworks, Inc.
Vision Point Capital served as the exclusive sell-side financial advisor for Granite-Plus. The terms of the transaction, which closed in January 2023, were not disclosed.
Founded in 2005, Granite-Plus specializes in the fabrication and installation of fine custom natural stone and quartz countertops for kitchens, baths, and other residential applications. Under their new ownership group, the company plans to build upon the founder’s success by expanding output through investments in automation, advanced robotics, and new equipment.
